Background History
Kate was born to a large family on the planet Onderon. She had 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She grew up having to take care of herself and do work for her family. She would always be running errands for her brothers and sisters, while her parents couldn't care less.
When Kate was 12 she finally got fed up with her family treating her poorly and was able to sneak onto a ship. The one thing that she didn't know was that the ship belonged to a Mandalorian. When the Mandalorian (who turned out to be Mandalore) discovered her he decided to let her stay on Dxun. There Kate trained in the ways of the Mandalorians.
When Kate was 18, Mandalore told her that she should go travel throughout the galaxy and find her own path. She understood why Mandalore wanted her to leave and understood that she needed to go. Before she left, she was able to carve the Mandalorian symbol onto a necklace that she had made.
Now Kate is on Nar Shadaa and is searching for a job.
